Signature’s carpets are engineered to provide a long and useful life. Nothing however, will work to extend the life of your carpet more than a diligently planned maintenance program. This publication is intended to assist you in maintaining your commercial carpet appearance. Designed to provide information and build awareness of the importance of clean carpet and to offer recommendations that will assist in developing a maintenance plan.
Installation Guide
Your beautifully designed patterned carpet manufactured on the ColorPoint, ColorTech or Tapistron machines, require more time and experience to install than other types of carpet. Please be sure your installation company uses only Certified Installers who are trained and experienced in the proper installation method for this type of patterned carpet.
Stain Warranty
Signature Crypton® Carpet provides a lifetime limited stain warranty and a 10-year Light Fastness and Atmospheric Contaminant warranty on all carpets treated with Crypton® Advanced Technologies. This lifetime stain warranty covers all carpets made by Signature Crypton® Carpet.
BioCel™ Warranty
Signature Crypton® Carpet BioCel™ Laminate Plus is a high performance polyurethane pre-coat with a high performance polyurethane secondary coat laminated to non-woven polyethylene outer surface. The following is the Commercial Limited Warranty issued by Signature Crypton® Carpet for our High Performance Polyurethane Broadloom backing system.
